We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CSR/ Dispatcher to join a growing team in the Mission Hills area. This is a Temp to Hire, full-time, on-site opportunity with a company that values collaboration, reliability, and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate daily dispatching of service technicians

Provide customer support and handle inquiries in a professional manner

Assist with billing, collections, and general office administration

Maintain organized records and documentation
-
Support team operations to ensure efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems

College degree preferred, but not required
