Pay: Starting at $90,000 per year

A fast-paced aerospace machine shop specializing in detailed, high-quality parts for demanding industries. Seeking an experienced Senior Production Planner to join their team and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize jobs based on lead-time requirements in consultation with the Production Control Manager.
Identify jobs requiring vendor-furnished material and hardware and notify Purchasing of requirements.
Review blueprints, specifications, and purchase orders provided by customers to establish production planning requirements.
Develop start-to-finish production plans, ensuring all quality and aerospace requirements are met.
Review and approve planning work completed by others to maintain consistency and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Aerospace Standards and GD&T requirements throughout the planning process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in shop routing and production planning.
Strong knowledge of Aerospace Standards and GD&T requirements.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, purchase contracts, and manufacturing specifications.
Familiarity with manufacturing and processing specifications in aerospace environments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
