Dispatcher (Entry Level)

Schedule: M-F - 7am to 4pm

Pay: $20 per hour

 

We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Dispatcher to join our Trucking Department in Cerritos. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proactive, solution-oriented approach to maintaining operational excellence in a service-driven industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assign loads, track progress via GPS, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Handle all communications (drivers, customers, internal teams) and resolve issues quickly.

• Maintain accurate logs, file paperwork, and use dispatch software proficiently.

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dispatch experience in the trucking/logistics industry.

• Strong knowledge of routes, DOT regulations, and commercial vehicle compliance.

• Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

• Ability to handle high-volume calls/emails in a fast-paced setting.
