Estimator Trainee – Aerospace Manufacturing
Corona, CA | M–F | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $20 -$25 DOE
Established aerospace manufacturer seeking an Estimator Trainee to learn and support cost estimating for aerospace and military sheet metal parts.
Responsibilities:
Learn to analyze customer blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Assist with preparing time and cost estimates for manufactured parts
Review supplier quotes and support make/buy analysis
Support bid preparation, scheduling, and cost effectiveness reviews
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel)
Ability to read blueprints/drawings (training provided)
Cost estimating software experience a plus
Typing speed 25 WPM+
Self-motivated with strong attendance and punctuality
Additional Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
Must pass background check & drug screen
