Compensation: $100K–$120K (DOE)

Overview
Seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive compliance across corporate accounting functions. The role oversees financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, and regulatory reporting within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare & analyze GAAP financial statements
• Manage AP/AR and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations & account analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & cash flow analysis
• Support strategic decision-making through financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years in Accounting Management
• Strong financial operations & corporate accounting background
• Expert in double-entry bookkeeping & accrual accounting
• CPA strongly preferred (“A+++”)
• 10+ years at a mid-to-large company (required)
Preferred Experience
• Food distribution, food service, or related distribution industry (must-have)
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with PowerBI
