Job Description
Kinetic Personnel Group actively recruits for Accounting and Finance Professionals:
Â
Responsibilities:
· Accounts receivable – process customer premium payments
· Accounts payable – pay invoices.
· Journal entries
· Assist the Accounting Manager
· Process bank deposits
· Review and reconcile discrepancies within Accounts receivable.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
· Reconcile bank accounts.
· Process payment adjustments.

Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and good at basic math.
· Above-average knowledge of Accounting Software, Excel, as well as experience with MS Office
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· This position requires at least 3 years of Accounting experience
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Â
Monday to Friday Schedule, 40+ hours per week.
