Job Description
Operations Manager/Process Engineer
We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily assembly operations in a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. This role requires close coordination with customers, engineering, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, top-tier product quality, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily/weekly assembly schedules and allocate resources

Improve and control manufacturing processes and implement automation

Supervise operations staff, support performance, and oversee training
-
Maintain and budget for equipment and materials
-
Support quoting, engineering challenges, and customer communication
-
Drive productivity, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement
-
Contribute metrics for planning and management reviews
Qualifications:
-
10+ years in operations/process engineering in contract electronics manufacturing
-
Strong expertise in PCB assembly, SMT processes, and soldering techniques

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Solid knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001), ISO 9001, AS9100

Proficient in MS Office, CAD/CAM software; Circuit Cam experience a plus

Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a plus
