Accounting Clerk Direct Hire – Ontario, CA
$23.10/hr | Full-time
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented, multitasking professional to support billing, bookkeeping, and logistics coordination. This role combines accounting operations, administrative support, and shipping coordination, requiring strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Use QuickBooks for daily recording of incoming/outgoing payments
•Perform monthly bank reconciliations
•Maintain and report purchase, sales, and inventory data to HQ
•Manage inventory reports and daily updates
•Handle AP/AR, invoicing, collections follow-up
•Provide P&L and Balance Sheet data to CPA quarterly
•Support payroll data coordination with HQ
•Manage mail, paperwork, and admin tasks
•Coordinate logistics (trucking, pickups, shipping)
•Assist with property maintenance coordination and reporting
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting preferred
•2+ years QuickBooks (required)
•Strong Excel skills
•Data entry / admin experience preferred
•Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
