Kinetic Personnel Group is working with an Organization located in Corona to recruit for an Immediate EDI Custom Service Specialist Opportuity
40+ hours per week
Work Schedule 7:30AM-4PM

Job Scope:
Â

Under general supervision, perform administrative tasks in the processing of customer orders, including domestic, international, and OEM.

Process sales orders (manual and EDI), troubleshoot order discrepancies, assist representatives with pricing, order processing, and delivery issues.

Process RMAs and credits, and assist customers with billing, shipping, and product inquiries.

Answer general customer questions regarding order status, returns, shipping information, and ensure follow-up until the inquiry is closed.

Work between multiple customer portals and applications to enter, pull, and assess customer information.

Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and identify fraud concerns.

Reports to management overall health of EDI.

Maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.

Identify, troubleshoot, track and manage EDI related issues with internal/external partners to resolution.

In dept knowledge of major EDI transactions, troubleshooting complex EDI communications.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Minimum requirements:
Â
-
3-5 years of similar experience
-
3-5 years’ experience operating + troubleshooting EDI Programs
-
3-5 years in Customer Service operations
-
EDI troubleshooting knowledge.
-
Ability to work with 3rd party vendors such as Ternpoint.

Heavy in the client relations side.

Ability to manage multiple projects
