Job Description

 Kinetic Personnel Group is hiring for IT Support Specialists!

 

Job overview:  

 

  • As an IT Specialist, you will be the front line representative ensuring seamless technology experiences. From resolving day to day technical issues to managing company-wide IT equipment inventory, your role is dynamic and crucial.

  • Providing customer support for programs and applications.

  • Training customers and staff in best practices, applications, and programs.

  • Troubleshooting technical programs.

  • Learning about new products and technologies.

 

Education & Requirements:

 

  • Minimum two (2) years working in an IT support environment while providing user administration and maintaining PC hardware and software.

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution required.

  • This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/2019/Office 365 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

  • Strong documentation skills and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal skills required.

 

Pay Range: $25-$28
