Job Description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk professional for a large and growing financial firm in Irvine, CA. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

 

The qualified individual will be able to do the following:

  • Able to work in fast-paced high-volume environment (+300 users)

  • Can provide the best customer service to the partners and their clients.

  • Able to guarantee customer satisfaction by assisting them with technical inquiries or issues.

  • A hardworking, team player who can mix well with the current staff.

  • Able to be on call every other Saturday (only during busy tax season)

  • Reliable transportation
