Job Description
KPG is hiring Administrative Assistants!
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Emphasize the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of your role.
· Demonstrate proficiency in computer knowledge, including CRM systems.
· Display the ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
· Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of executives.
· Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
· Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
· Collaborate with team members to facilitate a productive and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Data Entry & Office Support Specialist or in a similar role and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Pay Range: $18-$23/hr
