Kinetic Personnel Group is hiring Human Resources Professionals
40+ hours per week
Monday to Friday
Job duties:
This position will support the HR Manager across the following areas:

Benefits Administration / Open Enrollment
-
Workers' Compensation / Investigations and Reporting
-
New Hires / On Boarding and Terminations
-
Recruitment / Interviewing, posting Ads, Etc
-
Administration of all Legal Documents: I9, W4, Etc
-
Payroll Administration
Compensation: $23 - $25 + Excellent Benefits
Direct hire opportunity
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum of two 3 years experience in Human Resources support role

Understanding and knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, workforce planning, talent identification and development; employee relations and labor relations.

Demonstrated ability to assist in confidential employee matters
-
Strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust.

Responsive to inquiries with a sense of ownership and urgency.

Must be able to confidently and succinctly communicate to various levels of leadership and stakeholders both verbally and in written form.

Possesses the ability to relate well to wide variety of personalities.
